ISO 9001 certification for Playmobil

Competitiveness and Communications Minister Censu Galea presented the ISO 9001 certificate to Playmobil Malta Ltd.

Mr Galea said the fact that more than 300 organisations on the island have achieved ISO 9001 certification proves the definite correlation between such certification and competitiveness.

"An ISO 9001 certificate is a passport to new markets. Obtaining ISO 9001 certification means achieving international status, because ISO 9001 is an international standard as the basis of quality management certification in over 150 countries," he said.
