Further to my letter of January 22 about access to Il-Munxar at St Thomas Bay being denied, please note that MEPA has confirmed that due to the closing of the path with franka stone, the Area Enforcement Officer served an Enforcement Notice (ECF 78/06 - Construction of franka stone wall without permit) on site.
