Marsascala Council recently informed us that the government does not deem the surfacing of Triq Il-Ghassies a priority.

May I ask Roads Minister Jesmond Mugliett to give residents of this fully developed residential street one credible reason why, like his predecessor, he continuously turns down the council's request to surface this street.

Why is it that streets in the same area which are not yet fully developed or, even worse, streets where major construction works are still under way have already been surfaced?
