I would like to inform Mr Farrugia that the monitoring exercise on the ducks is carried out by the Food and Veterinary Regulation Division, under strict supervision and always respecting animal health and welfare regulations. We assure Mr Farrugia that the ducks are being well-kept and fed and no harm has been, or will be, done to them.
