Residents' parking

As a Sliema resident, I am now sick and tired of the time I waste to find parking space. I urge the Sliema local council to introduce a Resident Parking Zone for the whole of Sliema as soon as possible. The construction of an underground car park at Qui-Si-Sana will make the operation of the RPZ easier and more effective.

I, therefore, cannot understand why there are some people who are opposed to the car park. I for one am in favour.

Incidentally, can those opposing the car park please stop writing as if they represent all Sliema residents? They certainly do not represent me and many others who constantly have difficulties to find a parking space.
