Celtic roast Dunfermline 8-1

Celtic thrashed Dunfermline 8-1 to re-open a 13-point gap at the top of the Premier League yesterday. Polish striker Maciej Zurawski netted four goals at second bottom Dunfermline, who were level at 1-1 after 14 minutes, in Celtic's biggest win of the season.

The other goals for Celtic came from Petrov, Hartson, Maloney and Lennon.

Celtic have 67 points from 27 games with Hearts second courtesy of their 3-0 home win over Motherwell on Saturday.

Champions Rangers ended their Hibernian hoodoo with a 2-0 home victory on Saturday, their first in four league and cup tussles this season, to go third with 46 points.
