THE Foundation for Human Resources Development is organising a course on "Interviewing with impact using Neuro-Linguistic Programming", as part of its Continuous Professional Development Programme this year.

The course will be held on March 27, 28 and 29, between 3 and 8 p.m., at its premises at 1, Triq il-Kampanella, San Gwann.

Interviewing with impact using NLP will cover topics like emotional and behavioural management, organisational values and beliefs and interviewing skills using NLP.

By the end of this course participants should be able to remodel behaviour and habits, become more assertive during selection and recruitment processes, become more assertive and confident when dealing with and managing people and communicate effectively expanding their capacity to deliver messages.

Trainer Larissa Redaelli, licensed NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Trainer and licensed Master Time Line Therapist, will deliver the course.

Course fee is Lm90 (inclusive of VAT) for FHRD members and Lm100 for non-members.
