The mother of an 18-year-old boy, who died when the car he was in crashed against a wall on the coast road in Bahar Ic-Caghaq, yesterday filed a judicial letter calling on the driver to make good the damages sustained.

Susan Vella, the mother of the late Clifford Micallef, addressed the letter to Ludwig Micallef who was at the wheel of the Honda Civic involved in the fatal incident last August 27.

She also addressed the letter to his insurance agency Melita Insurance Agency Limited.

Lawyers Michael Tanti-Dougall and Jacqueline Tanti-Dougall signed the letter.
