Chief Justice in Luxembourg

Chief Justice Vincent De Gaetano is in Luxembourg attending a meeting called by the Court of Justice of the European Communities.

Senior members of the judiciary of EU member states are attending the meeting, which covers the recent case law of the Court of Justice and cooperation between the Court of Justice and national courts.

Mr Justice Joseph D. Camilleri is Acting Chief Justice.
