Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi and Melita Cable have one thing in common: their uninhibited desire to dominate the media scenario in their respective country disregarding the televiewers' disgust at such a totalitarian attitude.

So what's the difference between Signor Berlusconi and Melita Cable, one may ask?

Well, Mr Berlusconi will soon have to face his people's wrath in a general election on April 9, 2006. Melita Cable, on the other hand, is here to stay with a new motto "No pay, No play". That's what Melita Cable decided and so it may be!
