Two four-week-old puppies were picked up on Sunday from the drenching rain as they roamed helplessly along the road by Inspector Alex Miruzzi of the police Administrative Law Enforcement (ALE).

Insp. Miruzzi and his team took the two puppies, which are a cross breed of fox terriers, to Noah's Ark for temporary shelter.

Noah's Ark founder Fabio Ciappara thanked the ALE for going out of their way to give a helping hand and appealed to anybody who wishes to provide these puppies with a home to call 7973 0900.
