Two Letters from Mr Alfred J. Zammit about a registered letter (The Sunday Times, January 29, February 5) should instill worry and dismay, if not despair. So this is the actual state of affairs at Maltapost: to get what is yours by right as a customer, you have to complain in the press.

This was hardly a case for expressing gratitude to Maltapost's customer care who first took Mr Zammit for a ride and then did what they should have done in the first place - deliver his registered letter.
