Dhalia conference stresses service standards

Dhalia Real Estate Services organised its annual conference at the Radisson SAS Golden Sands on January 28.

This year's conference was once again an opportunity for employees and associates to get together and review last year's performance. Last year was characterised by the launch of new branches and services. In June, Dhalia opened its second branch in Gozo along with a fully fledged letting and property management department.

Last November the company was also presented with the five-star Bentley International Award for Best Real Estate company in Malta.

In his welcome address, Franco Valletta, Dhalia's chairman and CEO, presented the company's strategic direction for this year. He communicated the various marketing and operational initiatives to be undertaken and explained the importance of retaining the high level of performance and service standards offered by Dhalia.

Certificates and awards were later delivered in recognition of service excellence and best performance. Special awards were also given to long serving employees in appreciation of their much valued contribution.
