Premier League teams will not be clashing against each other in the second round of the FA Trophy following yesterday's draw.

Floriana, Marsaxlokk, Hamrun and Msida were kept apart and pitted against Division One opposition in matches to be played on the weekend of February 18 and 19.

Floriana take on Senglea, Marsaxlokk face Marsa, Hamrun will play against St Patrick and Msida meet San Gwann.

Two Premier League teams are already out of the competition following the first round upsets of Mosta and Pietà.

The four second round winners will join seeded teams Sliema, holders Birkirkara, Hibs and Valletta in the quarter-finals.

Second round: Floriana vs Senglea; Marsaxlokk vs Marsa; Hamrun vs St Patrick; Msida vs San Gwann.
