The green wardens must have doing their rounds on Filfla for them to register just 11 contraventions in 23 days. If one of them were to patrol Valletta's City Gate from the bus terminus during the day I am certain that record would be broken in an hour.

Minister Pullicino, let us hope the green wardens are not going to be another white elephant and a waste of taxpayers' money.
