Yesterday's sitting of the House of Representatives was adjourned at the end of Question Time because there was no quorum.

The quorum call was made by Labour MP Noel Farrugia, who complained over the way parliamentary questions were being answered.

There were nine MPs in the Chamber at the time - eight of them on the government benches.

The House had been due to start debating the Budgetary Measures Implementation Bill in committee.

The House meets again on Monday.
