This feature in the FOI column lists all the areas and issues on which the Malta Federation of Industry was recently asked to forward its feedback.

As the respective consultation processes often have deadlines for the submission of feedback, FOI members who need more information or who wish to incorporate the company's comments in the FOI position on these issues, should contact the FOI Secretariat as soon as possible on tel. 2122-2074, 2123-4428.

Issues received by the FOI in the past few weeks for consultation:

¤ Draft EU Regulation on the indication of the country of origin of certain products imported from third countries;

¤ Draft guides on whole-body vibration and hand-arm vibration;

¤ Draft EU Regulation on Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products; and

¤ National Research and Technological Development and Innovation Plan.
