MLP persists

The Labour Party will continue challenging the government to hold an independent study on the water and electricity surcharge, party deputy leader Charles Mangion said yesterday.

Addressing a social activity in Qawra, Dr Mangion said it was not right for Maltese and Gozitan families to continue carrying burdens which were lowering their standard of living.
