The Union Haddiema Maghqudin has registered an industrial dispute with the university's management accusing it of failing to start talks on the collective agreement for non-academic workers.

The agreement, which applies to over 400 workers, expired on December 31, 2004, the union said. The UHM warned it will order a series of industrial actions on Friday unless the negotiations start.
