Consultation involving FOI

This feature in the FOI column lists all the areas and issues on which the FOI was recently asked to forward its feedback. As the respective consultation processes often have deadlines for the submission of feedback, FOI members who need more information, or who wish to incorporate their company's comments in the FOI position on these issues, are to contact the FOI Secretariat as soon as possible on tel: 2122-2074, 2123-4428.

Issues received by the FOI during the first week of 2006 for consultation were:

¤ Application of the Measuring Instrument Directive;

¤ EU Legislative Framework on Nanotechnology and Nanomaterials;

¤ Draft EU Regulation on the Conditional Marketing Authorisation for Medicinal Products for Human Use falling within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 726/2004.
