All of the Hilton Malta restaurants received top awards at a presentation gala dinner organised by the publishers of the Definitive(ly) Good Guide to Restaurants.

The Blue Elephant and Oceana restaurants were two of the five restaurants rated joint-second overall and the Blue Elephant also placed first overall for both service and ambience and was classified best for romantic dining.

Restaurants that rated highest overall in the different categories were also presented with awards. These included the Gazebo and Bottega del Vino restaurants.

The guide lists the 150 most highly rated of Malta's 1,000-plus dining venues based on food, service and ambience and the number of satisfied customers.
