Sixty-nine students at the Institute of Tourism Studies graduated at diploma level in a ceremony held at the Corinthia Palace Hotel, in Attard.
Two students graduated diploma in sports, leisure and recreation, five students in food and beverage service and 28 students in food preparation and production.
Seventeen students graduated diploma in accommodation operations, seven graduated diploma in hotel operations while 10 students graduated higher diploma in hospitality management.
A total of 62 students graduated at certificate level while 54 students were awarded their certificate at Level 1.

The best overall student award was presented by Tourism Minister Francis Zammit Dimech to Josianne Borg.
During the presentation Malcolm Ellul, a food preparation and production student, received the City and Guilds Medal for Excellence from Stephen Baker, the marketing and business development manager for Europe.
