March against hatred

Integra Foundation, a non-profit and non-religious organisation, will hold a march entitled Together Against Hatred And Discrimination on Monday at 5.30 p.m.

The marchers will set off from near the statue of Christ the King in Floriana.

The initiative is being supported by all political parties, TV and other personalities and organisations.

The foundation said everyone is welcome to attend and to show a united front against hatred, discrimination and those who propagate such sentiments.

A number of declarations supporting the initiative are available online at www.integrafoundation.org and those people and organisations supporting the organisation's cause have been invited to sign the declarations.

This will back Integra's proposals which include provisions in the law concerning hate crime and hate speech.
