The change in weather came quite late this year but it came just in time for Christmas.

The air is crisper and fresher, making it a lot easier for those who want to go out shopping for that bargain or to get everything ready for lunch or dinner on Christmas Day.

And Christmas Times, out with The Times tomorrow, will definitely come in handy. Apart from the usual article on what the kids, men and women would look out for this Christmas there are also a number of mouth-watering recipes prepared by Ismael Sammut, Marlon Roberts and Louis Micallef.

Tanja Cilia has some advice on how to get through the season, while Marika Azzopardi lays out a few tips and ideas that will help you survive the season. Stanley Borg writes that giving something for charity might make some feel better but it is not going to stop others from having cold turkey and an unhappy new year. The cue is taken by Charlie Azzopardi who goes further, saying Christmas may be a sad time for many.

Claudia Calleja catches up with seven people from different walks of life who will be working on Christmas Day and Joanne Cocks comes up with some decorating tips for the home.

Printed by Progress Press and produced by MediaMaker, Christmas Times is edited by Jennifer Grech.
