Nuisance On Church Parvis (November 23), I feel I have to add that the same thing is happening on the parvis of the Mosta Rotunda.

Teenagers also gather at a late hour, especially during weekends, and feast on take-away food, leaving behind them a mess (just to say it very politely). Others ride bikes and please themselves bumping against the church's main door. Some damage has also been done to the large statues on the parvis... added to all this, at times, a call of nature.

Besides letters to the press and protests on the radio during popular daily programmes, reports have been made to the local council and at the police station, which is a stone's throw away from the church.

However, no action has yet been taken. And people are wondering why a small group of rowdy teenagers can behave in such an uncivilised manner, disturb public peace, cause do damage to public/church property and still manage to get away with it.

This is a situation which needs looking into very badly.
