Restricted parking

As a resident of St Lucy Street I noticed the effects of restricted parking around Naxxar square has compounded the availability of parking space for residents, particularly people living immediately outside the restricted parking zone.

A time schedule controlling parking durations is undoubtedly required. However it is indeed disappointing to note how alienated the local council is from the residents' daily plight. Naxxar residents should be excluded from parking restrictions, as other localities have done for their residents.
