A water leak between 135 and 141 Main Street, Zebbug was reported to the relevant bodies on Saturday, November 19 in the morning and to date no suitable action has been taken except that the leak repair people sent over the drainage department inspection personnel to look at the leak! I wonder... are we drinking water or drainage?

A pretty little stream in front of one's door may be nice to have but not when the taxpayer has to pay for it with the recently elevated prices. I will suffer to pay for what I consume but not for someone else's incompetence.
