15 suicides

There were 15 suicides and 22 attempted suicides between January and the end of October this year, Home Affairs Minister Tonio Borg said in reply to a parliamentary question yesterday.

The age of those concerned ranged from 11 to 95, with twice as many men as women being involved. The question was asked by Labour MP Adrian Vassallo (MLP).
