The Helping Hands Foundation (HHF) is already half way in reaching its sales target of a family booklet with a percentage of the takings being passed on to Dar tal-Providenza, the residential homes for the handicapped in Siggiewi.

Encouraged by this, the foundation team is aiming to exceed the Lm15,000 figure. A sum of Lm7,000 has already been donated to the management of the Siggiewi homes.

The foundation has also just donated Lm15,000 to the Ghana Mission Fund.

In addition, Lm27,000 were given to Ir-Razzett tal-Hbiberija, Lm5,000 to Caritas Malta, Lm5,000 to AAA and Lm500 to Dar it-Tama - a sum of Lm59,000 in just 15 months of operation.

The money is raised by the foundation through the sale of booklets, games and informative material at the price of Lm1.50.
