The first sentence in the instructions on first page of the population census questionnaire informs the public that the information given should be as of midnight of November 27, 2005.

Why do we have an official on TV encouraging people to fill out the information and the interviewing host boasting it took his family about 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire?

Why did someone arrive on the evening of November 21 to collect our questionnaire? Will nobody in Malta die or is born and is no home going to be made habitable or inhabitable until after midnight of November 27?
