I would like to draw the attention of the authorities concerned to the appalling state of the ladies' toilets at Spinola Bay. It is a shame that we neglect such an important commodity used by both locals and tourists. How is it that neither the local council nor health authorities are interested in the hygiene of these places? This also applies to most of the toilets in both Malta and Gozo.
