In these days of cutthroat competition in the marketplace, the spoils will go to those individuals and companies who have taken the trouble to invest in the proper execution of after sales service and customer care.
After so many sour experiences with a myriad of local companies who are more into customer scare than customer care, I feel it is only appropriate to give praise where it's due. One company that is surely commendable for their genuine interest in their clients and the way they resolve matters is Jokate Limited.
I purchased a 20" Hyundai TFT television set in March. After a couple of weeks the set developed a display problem. I took the set to Jokate and spoke to Michael, who immediately replaced the set with a new one, no questions asked.
I was pleased at this hassle-free attitude Jokate have. A couple of months later, the new set too developed a similar problem as the first. To be honest, I did not expect the set to be changed yet again. However, to my surprise, not only was the set changed again, but it was changed to a beautiful Grundig model costing more than my original purchase, and I was not asked to pay a cent more. Now if this is not customer care, I do not know what is.
Through their attitude and genuine interest in their clients, Jokate have won me over for life. Well done! (Kevin O' Neill)
