Band's tribute

Joseph Portelli, a resident of Gharb, died recently at the age of 70. He had been a member of the Banda Vizitazzjoni since its foundation. He was one of those who worked very hard to set up this society.

In the name of the band's committee we thank him for all his efforts towards the progress of the Banda Vizitazzjoni. His passing away offered this band its first occasion to take part in a funeral service. This was a very fitting appreciation for his contribution.
