BOV waives fees on new home loans

Bank of Valletta is waiving all processing fees on new home loan applications during this month and in December.

In addition, during these two months customers taking up a home loan from Bank of Valletta will not be charged credit card fees for the first year.

BOV says it is in a position to process loan requests within one full working day.

"When we approve a home loan, we also pledge our long-term support to customers. Not only are we in a position to offer potential property buyers a straightforward and efficient service that is fast and tailored to meet the particular customer needs but we also have a range of loan options to satisfy a variety of customer needs," said Peter Perotti, who has just been appointed executive head personal finance at Bank of Valletta.

Denis Busuttil was appointed head of Bank of Valletta's home loans division.
