Towards the middle of May, 2005, I took my fur coat to the Exclusive Leather Design shop at High Street, Sliema, for the fixing of three hooks (which I provided myself) for better locking.

On June 2 I was asked to collect my coat and I was charged an exaggerated Lm11.80, which according to me is sheer robbery.

I paid the bill and got a receipt.

Since the labour for sewing just three hooks seems to be beyond all imagination, I called to check whether the price was correct but to my surprise I had no reply whatsoever, and this compelled me to write to you for your views and help if possible.

Thanking you in anticipation. (Maria Cefai Sidoti)

On May 5, I sent Exclusive Leather Design (ELD) a copy of this letter and asked for their comments. In the absence of a reply, on June 22 I again asked ELD for their comments, to no avail.

On August 10 I sent ELD another copy of the letter and asked them for their comments, still to no avail. On September 21 I sent ELD yet another copy of the letter and asked them for their comment, to no avail. I made my last attempt to obtain ELD's comments on November 2.

It seems that they are not bothered about the issue. In any case they are still welcome to give us their comments.
