I take the opportunity to congratulate Marcel Pizzuto, formerly Director-General of the Consumer and Competition Division (CCD), on his appointment as Permanent Secretary at Minister Censu Galea's Ministry for Competitiveness and Communications.

Having worked for Mr Pizzuto in the CCD I have no doubt he will perform as diligently and make a similar success in his new position as he did at the CCD.
