Roadside memorials
I often see memorials to the unfortunate victims of traffic accidents along our roads. When driving along European roads one notices various large and well adorned crosses with the dying Christ.
I suggest having a single prominent religious representation on each "deadly" road with a tablet at its foot naming those who died there along the years. Who knows, it may even prove to be a deterrent to those tempted to drive dangerously.
