These are all the areas and issues on which the FOI was asked to forward its feedback in recent weeks:

¤ Directive on Aerosol Dispensers;

¤ eco-design requirements for energy-using products;

¤ proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on compulsory licensing of patents relating to the manufacture of pharmaceutical products for export to countries with public health problems; and

¤ draft report on emerging organisational, social and human risks related to occupational safety and health prepared by the Bilboa Agency within the framework of its Risk Observatory activities.
