Arriving at Cirkewwa from the airport, pulling my luggage with one hand and trying to hold an umbrella and a briefcase in the other hand on a rainy morning wasn't easy.

When I caught sight of a trolley I gave a sign of relief. But it was short-lived - I was informed by an attendant that it was not to be used on rainy days because it skids! There was nothing to do, so I marched on in the rain, burdened as I was to catch the ferry. This is the excellent service Gozo Channel offers to its clients. Is there possibly no solution to this 'skidding' problem?
