Ferguson chooses Malta for short break

Sir Alex Ferguson is expected to take a short break in Malta at the weekend.

The Man. United manager has taken advantage of the fact that most of his players are away on international duty, by booking a short holiday.

This will not be the first time that Ferguson will visit Malta.

'The boss', as Ferguson is commonly known at Old Trafford, has been here on several occasions in the past, mostly as guest of the Manchester United Supporters' Club in Malta.

Ferguson, his family as well as his most intimate friends are known to have close ties with several Maltese citizens who have been following the fortunes of Man. United for many years.
