The House of Representatives is today expected to conclude its debate on the Judicial Actions (Various Measures) Bill. The main purpose of the Bill is to substitute the writ of summons by an application for the filing of court cases.

The House is then expected to debate the implementation of the European Charter for Small Enterprises.

The other items on the agenda of the House are the Refugees (Amendment) Bill, the Patents and Designs (Amendment) Bill and the Motor Vehicles Registration Tax (Amendment) Bill, all on second reading.
