Two complaints

I have been visiting Malta for 40 years. I love the country and the people but I find I must complain on two counts over the last few years.

One is that it has got so dirty, with rubbish everywhere mainly left by the dustcarts. The dustmen pick up the rubbish bags but if a bag breaks they leave the rubbish to roll down the road. My second complaint is about a certain bus driver. When I get on his bus from Mellieha he is always smoking or on his mobile phone. I thought smoking was banned on buses.
