FHRD continuous professional development programme

Next month, the FHRD is offering a Training Needs Analysis Course targeted at line managers and supervisors, in-house trainers, mentors, job coaches and all those who recently took on a role in training and development.

This course, spread over six sessions, will help participants to understand the different approaches applied to analyse different training needs and to design effective training strategies, ensuring the desired change in behaviour and performance.

The course will be run from 5.30 to 8 p.m. on October 4, 5, 10, 12, 17 and 20.
