Arrested over drug find

A 26-year-old man of Qormi was arrested after police found more than 230 grams of heroine and an undisclosed amount of cocaine in Qormi on Sunday.

The man, shadowed by the police, was seen rummaging in a field wall in Anici Street, Qormi, where investigating officers found the drugs. The man was arrested.

Magistrate Joseph Apap Bologna appointed a number of court-experts to assist in an inquiry.
