An information meeting on the courses offered by the University of Leicester's Centre for Labour Market Studies (CLMS) is being held at the FHRD in Kampanella Street, San Gwann, on Thursday at 5.30 p.m.
Since its launch 14 years ago, CLMS has managed to consolidate itself as one of the leading international centres for high quality research and teaching in the fields of work, organisations, employment, skills and learning.
With the intention of developing the human resource profession in the Maltese Islands, five years ago the FHRD committed itself to provide the necessary academic formation by offering support to students taking a CLMS qualification. We have gained valuable experience in this endeavour, with well over a hundred students graduating. Today they are in possession of an internationally recognised qualification.
The next intake of students for Certificate, Diploma, Masters and Doctorate programmes in Human Resource Management and Development begins on October 3. Applications are currently being accepted and will close on September 16 for the Doctorate and on September 26 for the other courses.
During Thursday's information meeting you will have the opportunity to view the course material, ask questions to the course co-ordinator and meet graduates themselves. For more information contact Daniela Gouder on 2138-1786 or dgouder@fhrd.org.
