Last Sunday I featured a letter under this heading sent by Karl Consiglio to Roderick Grech, managing director of Fantasy Tours, and copied in to this column on April 15. In accordance with my policy, on April 27, I asked Fantasy Tours for their comments; this was followed by regular requests for their comments and copies of the letter in question through to August.

We have now received the following letter:

The managing director, Mr Roderick Grech, is at the moment away from the island and will not be back before the 28th instant. It was he who had dealt with Mr Consiglio's complaint.

I will make it a point that he gets this letter of complaint and I am sure he will be replying to you on his return. (Emma Azzopardi)
