Life Cyclists set off on Sunday

The 37 cyclists for the Life Cycle adventure and their backup team will leave Malta for Vienna on Sunday to start on the 7th Life Cycle Challenge.

This year's theme is Acropolis - The Hard Way, a journey of 1,850 kilometres over 10 days crossing borders across four countries.

Cyclists will start in Budapest make their way to Belgrade and then on to Tirana, down to Delfi, and will end their challenge near the Acropolis.

Life Cycle raises funds for the Renal Unit, creates awareness and understanding of chronic renal failure and promotes organ donation in Malta.

Updates on the challenge can be viewed on the website www.lifecyclechallenge.com where donations can be made online.

Donations can also be made by making a deposit in the Life Cycle accounts at HSBC or Bank of Valletta, sending a cheque to the Life Cycle Organisation, c/o Renal Unit or by sms to 5061 7351 for Lm1, 5061 8928 for Lm3 and 5061 0208 for Lm5.
