If Martin Pisani (Conversion, August 17) was referring to St Paul he seems to have forgotten an important detail. St Paul was a Roman citizen. And Malta being at that time under Roman rule, Paul definitely would not have been considered an illegal or irregular immigrant. Could one ever consider an Italian citizen entering Sicily irregular or illegal?
