Another boatload of illegal immigrants entered Malta in the early hours of the morning yesterday, pushing the number of arrivals this year up to 962. The group of 30 landed at Marsaxlokk and were arrested by the police. The immigration section is conducting investigations.

On Wednesday morning a group of 29 immigrants were escorted in by the armed forces.
