Bus driver keeps his eyes on the phone

A bus driver spent most of his time driving between Valletta and his destination sending and receiving text messages on his mobile phone. A passenger on the bus said the driver crossed the red lights at Msida and foreign passengers on the bus were heard complaining.

The practice certainly does not comply with the Highway Code.
